FiveM Land does not take payments

Free resources are added to your library at no cost. Paid resources are sold by their creators on external stores such as Tebex, Patreon, Ko-fi, Gumroad or Payhip. The store, not FiveM Land, is the seller of record and handles payment, invoices, refunds and chargebacks under its own terms. Your rights under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 apply against the seller.

After you buy on a creator’s store

The creator unlocks the download on your FiveM Land account. If they do not do so within 7 days, or the download does not match the listing, contact the creator first and then our Discord. We can remove listings and suspend sellers who do not deliver, but we cannot refund payments made on another site.

FiveCoin purchases

Cosmetics and showcase slots are bought with FiveCoin, a virtual reward earned on the site with no cash value. These purchases are final. If something went wrong because of a bug, for example you were charged twice or an item did not appear, contact our Discord within 14 days and we will restore your FiveCoin or the item.
