Marketplace rules.

Sell only what is yours

• List only resources you created or have written permission to distribute.
• Leaked, cracked or re-uploaded paid resources are banned, and the account may be suspended.
• Credit the frameworks, libraries and assets you build on, and respect their licences.

Describe it honestly

• State the framework (ESX, QBCore, standalone…), dependencies, version and exactly what is included.
• Screenshots and videos must show the actual resource.
• Clearly mention any obfuscation or Cfx Asset Escrow protection.

Paid resources

• Paid resources must link to your own store on Tebex, Patreon, Ko-fi, Gumroad or Payhip. FiveM Land takes no commission.
• Unlock the download for every buyer who gives you their FiveM Land username, within 7 days of payment.
• The price on FiveM Land must match the price on your store.

Keep servers safe

Backdoors, hidden remote code, cryptominers, telemetry without consent or anything that harms servers or players is strictly forbidden and leads to a permanent ban. New listings are reviewed before they go live and can be removed at any time if a problem is found.

Reviews

Only members who have the resource in their library can review it. Reviews must be about the resource, not the person. Fake or paid reviews are removed.
