A good community starts with clear expectations.

Who we are

FiveM Land (“we”) is the data controller for personal data processed on this site under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU GDPR. Contact: our Discord.

What we collect

  • Account data: username, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), and your Discord or Google ID and avatar if you sign in with them.
  • Profile data you choose to add, such as your bio, links, banner and badges.
  • Content you create: threads, replies, private messages, reviews, resources, server listings and reports.
  • Security data: IP address, browser and device type and sign-in times, used to protect accounts and stop abuse.
  • The authenticator secret, if you turn on two-factor authentication.

Why we use it

To create and run your account, show your content, keep the community safe from spam, ban evasion and account takeover, answer your requests and meet legal obligations. Our legal grounds are the performance of our agreement with you, our legitimate interest in a secure site and our legal obligations (KVKK Article 5/2).

Cookies and local storage

We only use cookies the site needs to work: a session cookie that keeps you signed in and a language cookie that remembers your choice. Your browser also stores small preferences such as animations, dismissed announcements and unsent drafts. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. It is processed by our hosting provider to run the site, and by Discord or Google only when you choose to sign in with them. We disclose data only when the law or a valid order from the authorities requires it. If our servers are located abroad, transfers follow KVKK Article 9.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is open. Sign-in history is deleted automatically after 180 days. When you ask us to close your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep part of it.

Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you can ask whether we process your data, get a copy, have it corrected or deleted, learn who it was shared with and object to processing. Send your request from your account’s email address to our Discord. We answer within 30 days, free of charge.
