Escrow: you lack the required entitlement

A protected (escrowed) resource is running on a server whose license key belongs to a different Cfx.re account.

The error
You lack the required entitlement to use my_script

Why it happens

  • The asset was bought on a different Cfx.re account than the one that owns the server license key.
  • The files came from someone else instead of your own download.
  • Encrypted files were edited or renamed.

How to fix it

  1. Sign in to the Cfx.re portal with the account that created the server key and check the asset is listed under your granted assets.
  2. If it was bought on another account, ask the seller or Tebex support to transfer it.
  3. Download the resource again from the portal and replace the old folder completely.
  4. Only change the files the creator left open, such as config.lua.
  5. Restart the server after the transfer.
